The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted our lives and we are forced to continually adapt in this very fluid sitation. We care about the health and well-being of our staff and our customers. It's for these reasons that we continue to enhance our precautions and as such will contine to operate our branches by servicing clients through our drive-thru and walk-up facilities only. Effective May 1st, all branches will be open from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Our online systems will remain fully operational with normal transaction cutoff times. We encourage clients to utilize these digital channels to view balances, make mobile deposits, and conduct transfers.

We continue to proactively monitor the situation. Our protocols are and remain based on guidance from CDC, U.S., and local health and government organizations. Their recommendations will continue to inform and guide our business protocols and plans.

At Pegasus Bank, nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our clients, employees, and the community we serve. We are all concerned about the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and want to assure you that we are actively monitoring the situation and taking the necessary precautions. Pegasus Bank has extensive plans in place for business interruptions, including pandemics, and these plans are regularly tested on an ongoing basis.
Things we are doing now…
- Branches will undergo extensive cleaning at night, this includes additional care for all door handles, keypads, and desktop areas.
- Staff will be monitored and/or quarantined as necessary or per government guidelines. Anyone feeling ill has been asked to stay home. Travel is being monitored.
- Staff is urged to wash hands frequently and all workstations have been updated with new hand sanitizers.
